• Payment Link: We will share the payment link and you can pay the amount via any payment method like upi, credit card, debit card, net banking but the tax will be applied.

• Option 1: Pay the full amount upfront.
• Option 2: Pay 2000 now and the remaining on the day of the trip.

WhatsApp Group:

• Before 12-24 hours of the trip, we will create a WhatsApp group for all participants.
• The group will include admins and the trek lead, who will provide all updates related to the trip.

Group Guidelines:

• No Personal Chats: The group is intended for trip-related information and updates only. Personal conversations are not allowed.
• Respectful Communication: Please be respectful in your messages. The group may include female participants, so avoid using inappropriate language or bad words.
• Sharing Pictures: Feel free to share your pictures from the trip in the group to keep everyone updated on the fun and memorable moments.

**1. Booking Confirmation

• Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message.

**2. Cancellation Policy

• 2-3 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: 75% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Refund Amount: 25% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 5-7 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: 50% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Refund Amount: 50% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• 10-15 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: 25% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Refund Amount: 75% of the total trip cost will be refunded.
• More than 15 Days Before Departure:
  • Cancellation Fee: ₹500 processing fee.
  • Refund Amount: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee.
• Cancellation by Travel Never Ends:
  • Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or emergencies. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date for the trip, based on availability.

**3. Refund Process

• Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
• Partial Refunds: If the refund is due to partial cancellation or a change in the package, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

**4. Changes to Booking

• Change Requests: Requests for changes to the booking must be made at least 15 days before the departure date. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

**5. No-Show Policy

• No-Show: No refund will be provided in the event of a no-show (failure to arrive on the specified departure date without prior notice).

**6. Important Notes

• Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances or cancellations.
• Booking amount is non refundable if cancellation made by traveller.
• Exclusions: Refunds do not cover personal expenses, additional activities, or services not included in the original package.
