ITINERARY OF Kedarkantha TRIP:

DAY:1- Dehrandun to Sankari

Pickup at 7:00 AM outside the Railway Station: Begin your adventure with a timely pickup from the Railway Station at 7:00 AM, where you'll meet your group and start the journey ahead with our Kedarkantha Trek packages.
Begin the journey towards Sankri village: Embark on a scenic drive towards Sankri village, the starting point of your Kedarkantha trek.
Enjoy a scenic drive along the Yamuna and Tons rivers, surrounded by pine forests: As you drive, soak in the beautiful views of the Yamuna and Tons rivers, surrounded by lush pine forests, creating a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere.
Appreciate the beauty of nature throughout the journey: Enjoy the stunning landscapes, fresh mountain air, and serene Himalayan surroundings as you travel, immersing yourself in nature's beauty with our Kedarkantha Trek packages.
Arrive in Sankri and check in to the comfortable campsite: Upon arrival in Sankri, check into the comfortable campsite, relax, and prepare for the exciting trek ahead.
Relish a delicious dinner at the campsite: After a day of travel, savor a delightful dinner at the campsite, featuring local flavors and warm hospitality.
Overnight stay at the Sankri campsite: Rest and recharge at the Sankri campsite, ensuring a good night's sleep before beginning your Kedarkantha trek the next day.

DAY: 2- Sankari to Juda Ka Taalab

After breakfast, set out on the hike from Saur Village: Start your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on the hike from Saur Village, the beginning of your Kedarkantha Trek packages towards the stunning Juda Ka Talab.
Start climbing up: Begin your ascent, relishing the crisp mountain air as you make your way through the picturesque Himalayan landscape.
Cross several high-altitude suspension bridges and small villages along the way: During your trek, cross fascinating suspension bridges and pass through charming villages, offering glimpses of local life and breathtaking mountain views.
Reach Juda Ka Talab, the sacred lake: Arrive at the serene Juda Ka Talab, a high-altitude lake steeped in legend, believed to have been formed by a drop of water from Lord Shiva's hair.

DAY:3- Juda Ka Taalab to Kedarkantha base camp

Enjoy breakfast at Juda Ka Talab: Start your day with a refreshing breakfast by the serene Juda Ka Talab lake, surrounded by pristine mountain views as part of your Kedarkantha Trek packages.
Head towards Kedarkantha base: Begin your trek towards the Kedarkantha base, excited to explore the scenic trail ahead, which promises mesmerizing landscapes.
Immerse yourself in the beauty of the snow-lined path and patches of green: Walk along a picturesque trail with snow-covered paths and occasional green patches, offering a striking and serene contrast.

DAY:4- Base camp to Kedarkantha summit | Juda Ka Taalab

Post breakfast, get ready for the ultimate adventure: After a nourishing breakfast, prepare for the thrilling day ahead, where the real challenge of your Kedarkantha Trek packages begins.
Start early at around 2 AM: Begin your ascent in the early hours, around 2 AM, to catch the sunrise from the summit. The climb will take about 7 to 8 hours, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.
Feel the welcoming sunrays from the Yamunotri, Gangotri, and Kinner Kailash ranges: As you trek, enjoy the first rays of sunlight casting a golden glow on the majestic peaks of Yamunotri, Gangotri, and Kinner Kailash, adding magic to your journey.
Reach the summit and witness a breathtaking sunrise: Arrive at the summit and be awestruck by the sight of the sun rising over the snow-capped peaks, offering a panoramic view that will leave you speechless.

Start descending towards Hargaon base camp: After soaking in the views, begin your descent back, heading towards the Hargaon base camp.

DAY:5- Juda Ka Taalab to Sankari | Departure to Dehradun

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the Hargaon/Juda Ka Talab campsite: Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the campsite, soaking in the last moments of the beautiful surroundings.
Descend towards Sankri village, listening to interesting local stories: As you make your way down to Sankri village, your guide will share fascinating local stories, adding to the charm of your descent.
Admire the views of the snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas: Continue on the trail, enjoying the stunning vistas of the majestic snow-covered Himalayan peaks that accompany you on your journey.
Arrive at the tiny Sankri village and share your trekking stories: Upon reaching Sankri, relax with a cup of coffee and share your trekking experiences and adventures with fellow travelers.
Depart for Dehradun, arrive by around 8-10 PM: Begin your return journey to Dehradun, where you will arrive by evening, around 8-10 PM.
Kedarkantha trek packages ends here with beautiful memories: The trek officially ends with memories that will last a lifetime, as you reflect on the incredible adventure.

1. Accommodation:
Our stays are designed to enhance your travel experience, and will typically be on a sharing basis. Depending on the location, accommodation may include homestays, rooms, or tent camping. While these are not 3-star or 5-star properties, we ensure they meet basic needs and provide a cozy and welcoming environment. Our focus is on exploration and making new friends, rather than spending time in luxurious stays.

2. Transportation:
You will be traveling in a non-AC push-back tempo traveller / Car / mini bus, depending on the number of participants. Our vehicles are comfortable and designed to make your journey enjoyable, but please be prepared for a basic travel experience.

3. Group Size:
Each trip will accommodate a group size of 10-20 people. This size allows for a more personalized experience and the chance to forge new friendships.

4. Special Requests:
On Saturday night, you are welcome to enjoy beverages at the stay location. However, please refrain from consuming alcohol during travel time. If you have special requests regarding couple stays, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, though additional charges may apply.
